In person at the West Village office, or by telehealth for patients anywhere in the three states.

Licensed in all three states.

What it costs your patient

Fees are published and flat: $250 for the initial evaluation and $175 per follow-up, the same in all three states. Aetna and Cigna apply once the patient has met their deductible; before that, sessions are billed at those rates and the practice provides a superbill for reimbursement.

A patient carrying other insurance can ask whether Grow Therapy takes it, though they are seen directly either way if they are paying out of pocket.

What your patient gets

The first appointment is a full psychiatric evaluation — history, what brought them in, what has and has not worked before — ending in a plan they have heard out loud. Where medication is part of it, the prescribing and the therapy happen in the same appointment with one clinician, rather than being split between a fifteen-minute med check and a separate fifty-minute hour.

For complex presentations I have a collaborating psychiatrist to consult.

You will hear back from me. With your patient's written authorization I send the referring clinician a note after the initial evaluation — what I found, and what the plan is — and I am reachable by phone if you would rather talk it through.
